Hi I'm trying to locate the complete documentation/helpfile for the scproj file - where should I look?

Hi Jens,

Sandcastle doesn't provide any formal documentation yet, although you'll find some information about the build process on the Sandcastle blog (a bit outdated though):

Don't think so, but there's not much to it anyway :)

The .scproj file is just an MSBuild project file.  It's a fairly simple set of property and item groups along with some targets that use the basic tasks to execute the various tools and build steps.  You can find out more about the MSBuild project format including the schema for the common project elements at  Using that info you can figure out what the Sandcastle project file is doing.
