Issue with portable class library as refrence

description

My project's documentation does not compile. It is a standard (not portable) class library which has a portable class library as one of its references.

This is the error:
MRefBuilder : error : Unresolved assembly reference: System.ComponentModel.Composition (System.ComponentModel.Composition, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35, Retargetable=Yes) required by MuffinFramework [C:\Users\Sepehr\Documents\GitHub\CupCake\CupCake.Docs\Help\Working\GenerateRefInfo.proj]
    Last step completed in 00:00:00.6746
The PublicKeyToken of the portable framework is different than the one of the main framework. Sandcastle also doesn't seem to respect the Retargetable attribute (http://dailydotnettips.com/2013/09/10/using-retargetable-assemblies-to-port/). It might also be that my actual library also targets the MEF assembly...

I have tried adding the portable version of MEF as a reference in my docs project, but that did not fix my issue. Any workarounds or fixes for this? (Switching back from portable subset to full is rather hard at this point)
