Given the following class:

/// Summary for outer class
/// </summary>
public class Outer {

    /// <summary>
    /// Outer whatever
    /// </summary>
    public void OuterFoo (){ }

    /// <summary>
    /// Summary for inner class
    /// </summary>
    public class Inner {
        /// <summary>
        /// Inner whatever
        /// </summary>
        public void InnerFoo() { }
    }
}
On the Outer.Inner Members page there is

Summary for outer class

if the summary should be there, it should be the summary for the inner class and not the outer one.
